PWB Designer

Responsibilities

• Design multi-layer PCBs (2 to 18+ layers) including double-sided boards with multi-material stack ups
• Develop RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal boards for military applications
• Ensure all designs comply with military and IPC printed wiring board standards
• Create and modify package decals to meet specific design requirements
• Utilize a mix of SMT and through-hole parts, including BGA, QFN, and other high-density packages
• Manage and maintain all relevant design documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree in a CAD-related field with 5+ years of experience OR 10+ years of high-level CAD experience
• Proficiency with CAD software (familiarity with DxDesigner, PADS Power PCB, or Altium is required)
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder)
• Strong ability to interpret detailed engineering specifications and communicate with electrical/mechanical engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF-based systems
• Knowledge of military standards and specifications
• Experience with CID or CID+
