PV Officer, Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for ICSR management across one or multiple projects
• Optimize workload distribution and oversee entire workflows
• Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with clients
• Manage project progress, quality control, and line management of ICSR staff
• Develop and manage project-specific KPIs and implement efficiency improvements
• Support ICSR deviation management and participate in case processing and 2nd QC
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned team

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other medical-related fields
• Practical experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV) including line management experience
• Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to delegate, plan, and manage time effectively
• Technical skills in system operation and data management
