PV Officer

Responsibilities

• Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with regulations and client requirements
• Perform ICSR follow-up and SAE/SUSAR management
• Conduct clinical and partner reconciliation
• Handle Product Quality Complaints and interact with Quality Assurance
• Perform MedDRA and WHO coding
• Manage database outputs and reports for monthly client reporting
• Mentor and train new and junior employees
• Support the RA & PV Network Department, including acting as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) where required

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, or nursing degree
• 2-3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in planning and time management
