PV Officer

Responsibilities

• Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with regulations and client requirements
• Manage SAE/SUSAR activities, including unblinding, clinical trial reconciliation, and protocol review
• Perform ICSR follow-up and MedDRA/WHO coding
• Handle Product Quality Complaints and interact with Quality Assurance and Medical Information teams
• Manage database outputs and reports for monthly client reporting
• Support workflow and resource management within the ICSR unit
• Mentor and train new or junior employees within the department

Requirements

• Life science degree, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance
• Strong knowledge of MedDRA and WHO coding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
