Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic purchasing by receiving requests, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating pricing and terms
• Handle import operations including sourcing overseas suppliers and monitoring international contracts
• Track shipment status, customs clearance, and delivery to the warehouse
• Maintain procurement documentation and coordinate with the accounting department for payments
• Prepare periodic procurement and import reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Import-Export, Logistics, International Business, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or import operations
• Experience in manufacturing companies preferred
• Good command of English for communication and documentation
• Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and office software
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
