Purchasing Specialist (Series)

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute sourcing activities for assigned categories to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes in alignment with company strategies
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity and performance improvement
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support project requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and sustainability targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven background in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain specifically with electronic components
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Solid analytical mindset with experience in cost breakdowns and market analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong stakeholder management abilities
