Purchasing Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order (PO) processes from creation to delivery
• Ensure timely material supply aligned with production and business requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and delays
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regarding Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics teams to align supply with demand
• Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems and generate performance insights
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and project sourcing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Proven experience in supplier management and negotiations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Proficiency with SAP or Ariba
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
