Responsibilities

• Analyze spending patterns, user profiles, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Conduct supplier research and manage RFI processes
• Develop evaluation criteria and manage RFQs for low-impact categories
• Lead supplier selection processes and negotiate terms
• Execute and monitor procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee contract administration and compliance
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Track and report savings generated through procurement initiatives
• Maintain and update the supplier database
• Define and monitor procurement KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in contract management and supplier evaluation
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• English fluency (written and verbal) is required
• Knowledge of Ministry regulations and Occupational Health and Safety Act

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the transportation or logistics industry
• Experience in warehouse inventory processes
