Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction, supply optimization, and stable supply chain operations
• Manage supplier relationships including evaluation, performance monitoring, negotiation, and continuous improvement
• Handle RFQ, PO issuance, delivery tracking, and procurement documentation in compliance with company policies
• Review and manage supplier contracts, commercial terms, and procurement compliance requirements
• Resolve supply issues, quality concerns, and logistics disruptions through proactive risk management
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for purchasing transactions, reporting, and procurement data management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar purchasing role
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Multilingual proficiency in Korean, English, and Spanish
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
