Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from initial requisition to payment settlement
• Actively manage the supplier base by searching for, selecting, evaluating, and developing business partners
• Conduct commercial negotiations to secure optimal terms
• Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations
• Create and archive documentation in accordance with established procurement procedures
• Ensure compliance with organizational procurement standards and policies
• Collaborate closely with other departments to execute and settle purchasing processes
• Perform market analysis for assigned procurement categories
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers

Requirements

• Higher education degree in economics, logistics, or a technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and presentation
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher for communication with suppliers and teams
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build professional relationships

• Practical knowledge of SAP systems
