About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of company fleet vehicles, including whereabouts, utilisation, and lifecycle status
  • Oversee national facility services such as rent contracts, utilities, waste disposal, and building compliance
  • Operate the national Uniforms and PPE program, ensuring supplier compliance with branding and stock availability
  • Manage the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and maintain vendor master data
  • Ensure timely and accurate purchase order processing, cost allocation, and approval workflows
  • Liaise with landlords, councils, and service vendors to maintain service levels

Requirements

  • Previous experience in procurement operations, preferably in facilities, fleet, or indirect materials and services
  • Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and contract execution
  • Working experience in SAP MM ERP (specifically MM or P2P functions)
  • Strong organisational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
