Purchasing Manager - ESG

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Asia Supply Chain representative on the Global Repairability Task Force
• Translate high-level ESG goals into actionable sourcing strategies
• Provide reality checks for replenishment models based on regional constraints
• Conduct Total Landed Cost analysis including export licenses and tariffs
• Define operational guardrails for spare parts, MOQs, and end-of-life component availability
• Architect sourcing logic for repair parts across OEM, Tier 2, or aftermarket specialists
• Lead initial sourcing phases for pilot programs and document playbooks for global expansion
• Partner with global planning teams to implement Asian replenishment processes

Requirements

• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, or Operations
• Experience in Consumer Electronics or Small Domestic Appliances
• Proven track record in managing spare parts or aftermarket sourcing programs
• Deep expertise in the China supplier landscape
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Make vs. Buy, landed costs)
• Solid understanding of international trade, HS codes, and tariffs
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Ability to travel ~40% across China and SEA factory sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in South East Asia (SEA) expansion
• Mandarin fluency for supplier negotiations
