About the role
Responsibilities
- Support purchasing specialists in the merchandising process, including setting up new product listings and maintaining accurate product costs
- Place purchase orders and manage other assigned buying tasks
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to resolve inbound receiving issues and ensure efficient shelving
- Handle RMA requests, issue credit memos to vendors, and manage follow-up processes
- Work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient invoice processing
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all product details and listings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- 1+ years of working experience (purchasing experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
