About the role
Responsibilities
- Source products and communicate with suppliers and factories
- Request quotations, negotiate prices, and create Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up on production and order readiness
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Handle customs clearance processes with brokers
- Ensure all shipping documents are complete (Invoice, Packing List, HS Code)
- Track shipments until arrival and resolve delays
- Receive goods and ensure quantity/quality accuracy
- Perform GRPO and product coding (SKU creation) in the system
- Monitor warehouse and branch inventory levels
- Replenish branches based on demand and stock levels
- Analyze stock movement (Fast / Slow / Dead Stock)
- Support reorder planning based on sales data
- Monitor Days of Inventory and stock coverage
- Raise alerts for low stock or overstock situations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge in procurement, logistics, and supply chain
- Good Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong follow-up and execution skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
