About the role

Responsibilities

  • Purchase materials, supplies, and parts needed for daily operations
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries
  • Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely arrival
  • Receive shipments, verify accuracy, and resolve shortages or damaged items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP system data
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
  • Support inventory counts and accuracy initiatives
  • Organize warehouse inventory and storage locations
  • Assist with ERP cleanup, inventory optimization, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in purchasing, inventory, or inventory control
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and leadership
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
