Purchasing Intern

Responsibilities

• Purchase and maintain inventory levels for all MRO items, including office and facility supplies
• Participate in sourcing events for all new projects
• Communicate with internal and external vendors for RFQs and cost negotiations
• Manage event orders across all customers and platforms

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Completed Sophomore level / 2nd year of undergraduate studies at an accredited college or university
• Proficient with Google Office applications
