Purchasing Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management across various departments including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Support project coordination activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking project progress.
• Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives and strategic planning.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on various assignments with a proactive approach.
• Assist with event planning and logistical support for internal or external company activities.
• Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or a related non-technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
