Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute the reception and classification of purchase requests to ensure prompt processing
• Analyze purchasing activities to guarantee effective daily supply of materials, spare parts, and services
• Manage the creation of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials or completion of services
• Monitor indicator reports to ensure on-time deliveries and supply chain efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with Arca Continental's purchasing policies and procedures
• Support plant and distribution center operations while promoting a culture of food safety

Requirements

• Professional degree (Master's or postgraduate degree preferred)
• Proven experience in purchasing and procurement
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management
• Experience in supply chain and replenishment processes
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of costs, budgets, and quality systems
