About the role
Responsibilities
- Process orders and purchase requisitions accurately and promptly
- Maintain and update purchasing documents, databases, and documentation using ERP software
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, pricing, and delivery dates
- Monitor inventory levels and support tracking of goods movements
- Verify invoices against orders and delivery notes
- Communicate with internal departments to capture procurement needs
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and special projects
- Ensure compliance with internal purchasing guidelines and procedures
- Plan and organize transport and select freight forwarders
Requirements
- Commercial training with experience in purchasing and procurement processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and precision
- Business fluent written and spoken German
- English skills are an advantage
- Familiarity with purchasing systems or ERP software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
