About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and monitor purchase orders
- Perform checks and corrections between purchase orders and invoices
- Support the management and updating of contracts and supplier registration
- Prepare and issue departmental reports
- Create quotation processes (RFQ/Bids) and follow up with suppliers
- Control and organize supplier documentation and internal documents
- Monitor the signature flow for procurement processes
- Ensure order acceptance and follow up until completion
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier registration
- Experience with document management
- Proficiency in SAP
