About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the administrative management of purchasing processes, including PRs, POs, receipts, and resolving incidents
- Collaborate with and provide support to other departments on all purchasing-related matters
- Prepare reports and documentation regarding activities within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Higher vocational training (Ciclo formativo grado superior or FPII) in Administration and Finance or a similar field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of CAE (Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales)
