About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain vendor packets, qualifications, and project vendor lists
  • Process purchase orders, change orders, and notices to proceed
  • Request pricing and load price changes
  • Revise and update feature lists and distribute design changes
  • Create and maintain contract files and new project product binders
  • Coordinate all paperwork for vendors and prepare bid packages
  • Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed
  • Keep office organized and ensure plans are updated and in stock

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks and office organization
  • Strong organizational skills
