About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor packets, qualifications, and project vendor lists
- Process purchase orders, change orders, and notices to proceed
- Request pricing and load price changes
- Revise and update feature lists and distribute design changes
- Create and maintain contract files and new project product binders
- Coordinate all paperwork for vendors and prepare bid packages
- Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed
- Keep office organized and ensure plans are updated and in stock
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office organization
- Strong organizational skills
