About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor packets and qualifications
- Process purchase orders, change orders, and notices to proceed
- Request pricing and load price changes
- Revise and update feature lists and project vendor lists
- Distribute design changes and pricing updates
- Maintain updated plans and new project product binders
- Coordinate all paperwork for vendors and maintain contract files
- Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed
- Prepare bid packages and keep the office organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office organization
- Experience with vendor packet maintenance and purchase order processing
