Purchasing Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date pricing in the SAP system by managing purchase contracts and coordinating with suppliers and site warehouse managers
• Launch calls for tender (RFPs) to meet the needs of internal clients
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices across the organization
• Perform data analysis and establish performance indicators to standardize working tools across various Valeo sites

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (Bac +4/5 level)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to manage varied missions
• Proficient in English to operate in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge using SAP software
