Purchasing Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement portfolios regarding volume and value
• Manage and follow up on relationships with standard parts suppliers
• Participate in negotiations, calls for tender, and contract development
• Lead cross-functional projects within multi-functional teams (MFT)
• Deploy group conditions across subsidiaries and prepare for contract formalization
• Negotiate optimal pricing and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) with suppliers
• Implement purchasing dashboards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the drafting of contract amendments and integrate references into Airbus contracts
• Propose optimizations for costs, processes, and company competitiveness

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +5 level education program in Commerce or Purchasing
• Advanced proficiency in English (negotiation level)
• Fluent in French
• Strong data management skills using Excel
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Strong numerical aptitude and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of an ERP system
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in programming languages
