Purchasing and Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage local and regional purchasing processes to ensure continuous supply of goods and services
• Execute competitive bidding processes, including sending RFPs, receiving proposals, and creating comparative analyses
• Manage contracts, agreements, and modifications with commercial partners
• Generate system entries for merchandise invoices and manage purchase orders
• Act as a liaison between central operations and local supply functions
• Perform spend analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor investment projects, service levels, savings, and automation initiatives
• Provide training to internal users regarding purchasing requirements and processes

Requirements

• Completed professional degree
• Proven experience in competitive purchasing processes and supplier management
• Experience in supply chain management and warehouse operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems
• Strong data analysis and information interpretation skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and contract administration
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement change initiatives
