About the role
Responsibilities
- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies
- Manage supplier sourcing, quotation management, and price negotiations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately
- Maintain detailed procurement records and documentation
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues
- Coordinate with Production and Warehouse departments to ensure uninterrupted operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food packaging manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of purchasing, procurement processes, and supplier management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- UAE experience is preferred

- Previous experience working with ERP systems
