Purchase to Pay Trainee

Responsibilities

• Facilitate invoice processing and payment using SAP and other accounting tools
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries
• Work on special assignments with Senior associates to identify process discrepancies
• Contribute to revising and documenting standard operating procedures
• Assist Accounts Payable associates with reconciling AP ledger balances
• Contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a school program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to self-organize and meet tight deadlines
• Authorized to work in Europe
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency or native proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
