Purchase-to-Pay Trainee

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor master data records, ensuring all updates are authorized and documented
• Validate and detect erroneous or obsolete data to maintain high accuracy
• Harvest updated details from various data sources and coordinate data update activities
• Perform data consolidation and harmonization tasks to meet project deadlines
• Provide ongoing user support and training for vendor master data requests
• Manage and resolve master data-related issues and stakeholder inquiries
• Support master data synchronization during system migrations (e.g., legacy to SAP)
• Develop, simplify, and document business processes and workflows

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work onsite in Madrid, Europe
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
• Ability to self-organize and work within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience with Power Automate or Python
