Purchase-to-Pay Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the outsourced provider in the accurate completion of vendor master tasks
• Act as the primary point of contact for SME business or local finance escalations and troubleshooting
• Ensure all vendor payments (royalty, trade, intercompany) are processed on schedule and in line with expectations
• Facilitate urgent payments while maintaining defined internal controls
• Perform open PO accrual reconciliations between internal purchasing systems, Basware, and SAP
• Support the resolution of system interface issues to ensure all financial systems remain in sync
• Conduct user testing for system changes as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong English language proficiency (reading, writing, and oral communication)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict time targets
• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience with banking platforms
