Purchase to Pay Analyst

Responsibilities

• Match payments with outstanding invoices and perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Identify and correct discrepancies and manage intercompany invoicing
• Audit travel expense reports and perform accounting reconciliations
• Support the implementation of process and tool improvements within Accounts Receivable
• Participate in projects within the Regional Accounts Receivable Center of Excellence team
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the region and global organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, M3, or BPCS
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (intermediate to advanced level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Center of Excellence or Shared Services environment
• Experience with BlackLine and/or Cashbook
