Purchase Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify accurate records of purchases, supplier information, contracts, and invoices
• Create and maintain master price lists for various products and report cost variances
• Coordinate with the Finance team for vendor payment issues and quarterly ledger reconciliation
• Prepare purchase plans based on SNOP and pre-defined safety stock
• Participate in inventory audits and assist in stock management activities
• Prepare budgets for quarterly demand and support budget planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Structured problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle data in a structured manner
• Customer-first attitude
