PUQ-ISIR Engineer Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Process and approve ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) releases for components purchased from external direct suppliers
• Prepare and send ISIR documentation to suppliers
• Evaluate supplier documentation and evidence, ensuring accurate registration in the IQS database system
• Coordinate with international suppliers and technical buyers regarding ISIR content and technical documentation
• Conduct on-site supplier visits for ISIR releases when necessary
• Collaborate with ISIR technicians on physical sample verification measurements or perform measurements directly if qualified
• Work effectively within an international team under remote leadership

Requirements

• Completed Engineering degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong general technical knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work and think at a professional bachelor's or master's level
• Ability to collaborate in an international environment with remote management
