Punch List Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projects
• Perform touch-up and finish work including paint, drywall patching, cabinetry adjustments, trim installation, and door hardware adjustments
• Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• 4+ years of carpentry or finish carpentry experience
• Must provide own tools appropriate for finish carpentry and punch work
• Must have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or large scale, multi-family residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes
• Ability to read punch lists and follow project specifications
