About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of various types of pumps, including groundwater extraction and dewatering pumps
- Monitor pump performance and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with the installation and removal of pumping equipment
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all pump systems
- Participate in site preparation and cleanup activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in labor or mechanical roles
- Experience with pumping systems preferred
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
