Responsibilities

• Build and nurture Voodoo’s presence by developing strong relationships across the local gaming ecosystem
• Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships
• Guide studios on product strategy and creative direction to build strong, marketable prototypes
• Lead launches as a product director by forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale successful titles
• Own the full P&L of games with a focus on growth and profitability
• Drive deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define future builds

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
• 3+ years in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g. consulting, banking, tech, or startups)
• Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills
• Passion for gaming and consumer products
• Ability to own complex projects and work autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
