Responsibilities

• Oversee the general management of the GZERO Media business, including sales, product, technology, strategy, and operations
• Drive the overall strategic direction and commercial success of the media brand
• Represent the company with key clients, prospects, vendors, and business partners
• Lead the GZERO team and manage standard organizational processes, including team promotions
• Collaborate with Eurasia Group teams such as Events, Corporates, and Global Markets to ensure unified go-to-market strategies
• Monitor emerging media industry trends and evaluate new tools, platforms, and distribution models
• Lead strategic decision-making to expand audience reach and strengthen the content ecosystem
• Partner with the Offices of the CEO and President to evolve and enhance top talent positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 15+ years of experience as a successful media or business leader
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Practical and working knowledge of digital technology and modern social media best practices
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency in problem-solving
