About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support publicity campaigns for Disney, Pixar, and National Geographic releases, including theatrical and streaming titles
  • Maintain media databases and respond to general media enquiries
  • Assist with the coordination of local publicity tours, premieres, and press events
  • Coordinate media screenings, including venue booking, invitation distribution, and RSVP management
  • Create engaging presentations and slide decks to communicate campaign updates
  • Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and budget tracking

Requirements

  • Experience in film, entertainment, public relations, media, or a related industry
  • Knowledge of budget management and experience raising purchase orders
  • Advanced MS Office and Apple skills with the ability to create creative presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task under strict deadlines
