Responsibilities

• Lead the full operational scope of the venue, including accommodation, bars, bistro, and gaming
• Take full accountability for the financial performance (P&L) and operational success of the tavern
• Build, shape, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence to ensure a safe, smooth, and compliant environment
• Act as a pillar of the local community and drive the venue's culture and vibe

Requirements

• Hold current industry RSA, RSG, and RP badge qualifications as per South Australian requirements
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks, such as moving stock and kegs
• Proven experience in venue management or a similar leadership role within hospitality
