About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-powered search, Observability, and Security solutions within Mid-Market accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers transform data into actionable insights
- Position Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice by discussing cloud economics and modern data architectures
- Develop comprehensive business plans to drive territory growth
- Manage complex sales cycles using frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate deals
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in SaaS subscription sales within the NHS
- Experience in new logo acquisition and value-based selling
- Ability to lead high-stakes contract and pricing negotiations
- Technical fluency in security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization
- Strong relationship-building skills with both developers and executive leadership
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM management
Preferred Qualifications
- High-level technical curiosity and an AI-driven mindset
- Enthusiasm for the Open-Source model and community ecosystems
