Public Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand client base
• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
• Research market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Manage PR campaigns and media relations to enhance brand awareness
• Monitor client feedback and market trends for continuous improvement
• Track sales performance and generate reports for business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in strategic planning, public relations, or sales
• Experience in advertising, printing, or branding industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
