Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing and public relations activities across the organization
• Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, opinion leaders, journalists, and digital content creators
• Manage influencer selection, briefing, contracting, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and design teams to ensure aligned messaging
• Manage and optimize CRM tools for influencer relationship management
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Support corporate campaigns and product communications through storytelling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or digital communications
• Experience within the FMCG industry is preferred
• Proven success in influencer relationship management and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of digital trends and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
