Public Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the PR strategy in Brazil
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic journalists and opinion leaders
• Conduct media pitching to secure interviews and spontaneous coverage
• Manage the editorial calendar, aligning PR themes with business priorities
• Act as a lead in media crisis management, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders and global headquarters
• Map and propose opportunities for institutional positioning
• Coordinate partnerships within the Deliver Care program to drive awareness
• Identify and negotiate brand participation in relevant events, forums, and panels
• Ensure constant alignment with Lalamove's regional and global teams
• Mentor and guide the work of the PR Associate

Requirements

• Degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
• 4-5 years of end-to-end PR experience, covering both strategic and tactical execution
• Advanced English proficiency for frequent communication with global stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of the national press landscape (business, technology, lifestyle, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative profile with strong prioritization abilities
