About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Maison’s international Celebrity and Influencer strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of PR campaigns to ensure they meet strategic objectives and budget constraints.
  • Manage ongoing communications and relationships with talent and influencers to ensure brand messaging consistency.
  • Oversee logistics for celebrity and influencer participation in events to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI to provide actionable insights.
  • Support risk and crisis management by identifying potential communication bottlenecks and structuring response strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables with talent and representatives, ensuring compliance with legal and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of PR experience specifically within the luxury industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a passion for creativity.
  • Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration across departments like events and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with an ROI-oriented mindset.
  • PR legal skills to manage endorsement contracts in coordination with legal departments.
  • Deep understanding of the current Social Media and Media landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Fluency in English.
