Public Relations (PR) Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and promote FIVE destinations.
• Drive PR campaigns for new hotel openings to ensure extensive media coverage and stakeholder engagement.
• Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, interviews, articles, and other communication materials that reflect the brand's unique tone of voice.
• Coordinate media visits, handle media queries, and manage press engagements, interviews, and photoshoots.
• Monitor and analyze PR results to ensure metrics align with industry-leading objectives.
• Anticipate potential PR crises and prepare preemptive solutions to handle issues professionally.
• Support global PR initiatives by working cross-functionally across properties in Dubai, Ibiza, Zurich, and New York.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Relations.
• Strong media network and familiarity with the media landscape in the Middle East.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a PR agency.
• Experience with hotel pre-openings.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• A strong passion for dining, nightlife, and the hospitality industry.
