Public Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Foster positive community relations and manage community outreach plans
• Publicize waste management structures and develop educational materials
• Execute outreach projects, arrange site visits, and assist with public consultations
• Manage the project complaint hotline and resolve stakeholder concerns
• Prepare documents, presentations, and maintain the project website
• Develop Public Relation Plans and prepare monthly reports

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Communications, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or Business
• Construction Safety (Green Card) Training
• At least 2 years of experience in public relations
• Experience in construction sites (civil, structural, or E&M) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with NGOs or industry associations
