Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Responsibilities

• Represent the company before government authorities including Immigration, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Police, and various Ministries.
• Manage the end-to-end processing of employment visas, residence permits, work permits, and Emirates ID registrations.
• Monitor government online portals daily to track application statuses and resolve any delays or outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of airport security passes and operational access permits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee visas, passports, and other statutory documents to prevent expiry.
• Handle the renewal and maintenance of company trade licenses, establishment cards, and immigration files.
• Coordinate the attestation and legalization of official company and employee documents through relevant embassies and authorities.
• Ensure all government fees and statutory payments are processed accurately and within prescribed deadlines.

Requirements

• UAE National.
• High School diploma or equivalent with relevant administrative experience.
• 4+ years of related Public Relations Officer (PRO) experience in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory; fair English is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Arabic typing and general computer skills.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE Immigration and Labor regulations.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license and a personal car.
• Ability to work on-call and handle ad-hoc or emergency government-related scenarios.
