Public Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and traffic fines for the company fleet
• Coordinate insurance claims and manage all related documentation
• Manage trade license applications and renewals
• Oversee Civil Defence approvals, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Process applications for permits, attestations, NOCs, and other official government approvals
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities
• Support company audits, inspections, and official inquiries
• Ensure full compliance with all UAE laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all official documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience working as a PRO within the UAE
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Valid UAE Driving Licence
