Public Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, and Chambers of Commerce
• Handle the submission, renewal, and amendment of commercial registrations, trade licenses, and leasing agreement attestations
• Maintain up-to-date company legal documents and stay informed regarding local labor laws and regulations
• Represent the company in resolving issues, fines, or disputes with government and municipal authorities

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the local market
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong existing relationships within local government departments and ministries
• Deep familiarity with online portals such as Tasheel, Amer, Smart Channels, and MOHRE
• Valid local driving license
