Public Relation Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete company visa process, including employment, residence, and labor cards.
• Handle all documentation and interactions with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce.
• Renew and update employee visas, work contracts, and company trade licenses to ensure continuous compliance.
• Resolve legal employment issues including labor bans, visa stamping, and medical test requirements.
• Represent the company at various government offices, embassies, and police stations.
• Process legal documents such as rent contract attestations and business permits.
• Maintain accurate copies of all essential legal documents, including trade licenses and owner identification.
• Coordinate with the HR department to provide regular updates on changes to UAE labor and immigration laws.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional work experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Proven ability to handle complex government documentation and processes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle emergency cases (such as police or immigration matters) outside of standard hours if required.
